Exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst looking to join a busy and growing help desk. Working day to day supporting internal across an O365 estate the chosen candidate will be given the opportunity to grow and develop into this role and the chance to pick up key skills across O365 support.

This is a great chance join a company who are a leading national business with distributed presence across multiples sites in the UK, Europe and Asia. They are investing heavily in a Digital Workplace and in their IT Infrastructure.

To be suitable for this role you will have experience an Help Desk type role (this is desirable), outstanding communication skills and most importantly a desire to develop and grow in a busy service desk environment.

Key Skills

- Good telephone manner/telephone support type experience

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Ability to liaise with a variety of users on a day to day basis

- Knowledge of O365 would be advantageous as would exposure to Service Now (or similar ticketing systems)

- IT Related qualification - Apprenticeship/Degree would be beneficial.
