Reed Professional Services provide project delivery and tailored PMO services, helping our customer's projects go from concept to completion. Our project and programme delivery services are custom tailored to meet individual needs, whilst drawing on broad market experience and proven methodology from a variety of sectors including Media, Banking and Central Government. What will you be doing? As a core member of RPS's Project Management Team, you will help our client across a broad cross section of programmes that are in need of support both to raise understanding of PPM and PMO good practice. You will be supporting the Service Delivery Manager dealing with a number of project deliverables across specific work streams. Most importantly you will be managing and facilitating a large-scale procurement piece - which represents a significant proportion of the programme spend and a large portion of the wider incumbent teams will be sourced from suppliers/vendors. Experience: Demonstrable success as a Project Manager with experience of working end to end procurement processes and frameworks as well as managing 3rd party supplier across multiple workstreams. Extensive experience with Project Management best practices and senior level stakeholder engagement. Prior experience in working with Central Government Functions highly desirable along with Agile project management methodologies. Skills: Managing and influencing key Stakeholders, including Local Authority/Government officials and third-party supplier contract owners, Demonstrable experience of leading multi-tiered projects from discovery through to completion. Ability to work concurrently on multiple workstreams with varying degrees of pace and complexity. Although remote initially, all applicants must be willing and able to travel to onsite client locations in London once government restrictions surrounding COVID19 travel are eased.
