Purpose of this role You will be working with a cross-functional agile development team that consists of app developers, cloud service developers, electronics & embedded software engineers & mechanical/product designers. You will designing & developing Xamarin Forms applications minimising complexity in development by application of careful analysis & proven software engineering principles. You'll apply BDD / edge-case exploration to create effective automated unit tests & design & implement continuous integration to maintain consistent delivery.. About you. You'll be making use of your Xamarin forms skills for this role & you find technology exciting, especially in its application to smart automation & how it can improve life for people all over the world. To that end you enjoy learning about new technology & working collaboratively with the entire team, communicating your new ideas with them. This is an engineering driven firm & you always own responsibility for your work & proactively deliver customer focused work packages to completion. You love producing clean code! Language wise you will need to have experience in Xamarin Forms for both Android & iOS along with strong understanding of the Xamarin Framework You will have worked on large scale consumer-facing apps with some entrepreneurial, technically focussed clients as well as understand the mobile landscape & emerging technologies. As important of course is that you are switched on to learning, a self-starter with a can-do attitude able to work in a fast-paced environment.
