Job DescriptionChief Executive Officer - Retail Bank
Our Client is creating a new challenger bank to be launched in the UK in August 2020.
You will have at least 10 years experience of working within the retail banking arena.
Your experience must include sound knowledge of processes and protocol within the banking sector with reporting to the FCA.
This role will report to the Board.
Initially the bank will commence trading with 2 products - loans and deposits.
The customer base that the bank is aiming at is the Caribbean community so any knowledge of business and protocol from the Caribbean would help immensely.
The role will be based in London.
The salary range is negotiable but it is anticipated to be in the range £130K - £175K initially plus benefits.
