This position can be 100% remote for the successful candidate if desired Working with this specialist company the successful candidate will work across Engineering, QA and Operations to drive improvements in process, automation and application changesResponsibilities:Applications deployment/support/monitoring across different environmentsIdentify and troubleshoot performance and stability issues; assist engineering team in troubleshooting of production issuesWork with Development to influence design, development and deployment for reliability and scalabilityApply principles of chaos engineering to DEV/QA/Prod deployments, to identify points of potential failureAnalyze the error streams from various sourcesWe are looking for: A background within a SRE, DevOps or Software Engineer position.Strong Linux system administrationExperience with any monitoring systemExperience with MySQL (replication, backup, recovering)Experience with configuration management Chef/AnsibleExperience with automation servers Jenkins/GitlabCi/TeamcityScripting skills: Bash, Perl, Python, etc.Version control and bug tracking systems (Git, Jira)Nice to haves but nonessentials Experience with non-relational DBsExperience with AWSExperience with Docker/KubernetesExperience with VoIP systems and technologiesIf you are interested in this fantastic opportunity please apply online or for more information contact me on
