The role would suit someone with a proven history in sales management. Any experience in the chemical industry will be beneficial.

Day to day you will be based out of the Bristol office, with the rest of the time out of the road. You will oversee a team of eight so it is vital you have a strong background in developing and encouraging a sales team.

All in all, a fantastic opportunity to enhance and apply your leadership qualities while maximising the potential of a dynamic sales team.

THE ROLE:

*Office base is in Bristol.

*Account management and new business development.

*Maximising the sales team performance.

*Oversee a team of eight Internal and External.

THE PERSON:

*Chemical, engineering, distribution, or similar industry background.

*Proven sales management and leadership experience.

*Full UK driving license.
