Title: Senior Compliance Policy & Advisory Manager

Location: North West, flexible working available

Salary: Up to £85,000 + Benefits

A nationally recognised client based in the North West is seeking a technically astute Senior Compliance Policy & Advisory Manager to join a high calibre compliance function. You will be joining during a pivotal time for the business responsible for advising senior management and the Executive team in carrying out regulated activities whilst overseeing a team.

Responsibilities include:

* Support the Head of Risk & Compliance and CRO with ongoing projects

* Provide expert advice and guidance, overseeing the implementation of new policies as and when needed

* Identify and implement regulatory changes across the business

* Ensure regulatory and conduct risk training is carried out

* Assist on regulatory due diligent and conduct risk assessments on all new acquisitions

* Develop and implement conduct risk policies

The successful candidate must have:

* Exceptional understanding of FCA and CONC regulations

* Proven track record in providing advice and guidance in large complex organisations

* Experience in regulatory projects and initiatives is advantageous
