QA Automation Engineer London to £70k *Remote Interview WFH*
QA Automation Engineer / Software Developer in Test (RESTful API JavaScript Automation) *Remote Interview WFH*. Do you have a deep understanding of RESTful APIs coupled with test automation experience? You could be joining a fast growing FinTech that is helping to revolutionise consumer banking through the use of advanced data centric, cloud based technology.
As a QA Automation Engineer you will join an Agile development team that specialise in API and Front End development with a focus on creating test automation test suites to test complex RESTful APIs utilising JavaScript, Java and WebdriverIO. You'll be an integral part of the development process, evangelising TDD and collaborating with software engineers across the software development lifecycle.
Driven by technology the company can offer a remote interview / process and 100% work from home during the current social distancing measures with 2-3 days a week WFH thereafter. Requirements:
Strong experience and deep understanding of testing RESTful APIs including Authentication & Authorisation, API responses and API response codes
Strong coding skills; JavaScript preferred also happy to look at Java, C# or Ruby experience
Experience of developing automated tests from scratch
Experience of testing front end UIs
Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile development processes
Collaborative with strong communication skills
