Job DescriptionLooking for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join my client who are a Gold Microsoft Partner. They've experienced amazing growth over the last 2 years and even with a lock down, they haven't stopped winning projects.
Role & ResponsibilitiesProviding high quality 3rd Line Support to a variety of issues and projectsOnsite client visits to provide support for full/half daysYou will ensure that daily checklists on clients are completed which will include server and network monitoring.BAU and project work
Experience Windows Server, Windows 7/10 experienceOffice 365 experience - Active Directory and Group PoliciesAzure - Azure ADSharePoint - OnlineVeeam backup experiencePrevious Firewall experienceVirtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V) - building VMsRemote Support using CitrixBenefits Remote Working Great Training and Progression Paid Certifications
