BI Analyst Leeds/Home WorkingINSIDE IR35My client based in Leeds is searching for an experienced BI Analyst for an initial 3-month contract.Key ResponsibilitiesTransforming data into insight that supports the work Network as a wholeIdentifying trends in historic data to help inform future decision makingSupporting processes which ensure the quality and consistency of data used for reporting purposesLiaising with stakeholders to understand requirements of analysis or development workProviding recommendations to improve data structure for more effective analysisPresenting outcomes to senior stakeholdersSkills & ExpereinceDemonstrable experience in a business intelligence or analytical roleWorking within large organisations and across multiple stakeholder groupsWorking with SQL Server Management Studio to extract data from data warehouse for analysis purposesComfortable explaining and communicating analysis to senior stakeholders.Comfortable using their own initiative to deliver the requirements of a project.Comfortable negotiating requirements with stakeholders and participating in wider discussions to deliver a project.Desirable to have sound knowledge of presenting data in commercial business intelligence tools such as QlikView, QlikSense, Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.Experience of working in an Agile environment.
