Here at Babcock we're looking to recruit an End User Support Scheduler to manage and schedule Incidents, Work Orders, Projects and Resource Requests for the Babcock Desktop Support Team ensuring all incoming and current work is progressed in a timely manner and in line with Service Level Agreements.You will be responsible for route planning and basic stat reporting whilst working closely with Service Desk and Asset Management teams. Your key responsibilities will include:Managing and scheduling all incoming and current work for the Desktop Support TeamEnsure incoming tasks are scheduled in a timely mannerManaging workload in line with Service Level AgreementsMinimising aged tickets through effective incident managementEnsure all on duty Desktop Support Analysts are allocated sufficient and appropriate work based on skill set and locationLiaise with Regional Desktop Support Team Leaders to ensure project work is sufficiently resourced and scheduled appropriatelyLiaise with Service Desk Manager to ensure phone support is scheduled into daily activities as requiredEngage/collaborate with 3rd party suppliers and 3rd Line teams What do I need to do the role?You must have experience of working in a Service Delivery environment as well as proven experience working in accordance with Service Level Agreements. Technical knowledge is also important, as well as knowledge of ITIL and service management toolsets.You must also possess great attention to detail.
