QA Test Engineer / Tester (JavaScript Java Mobile). Are you a technologist seeking a new challenge? You could be working on a revolutionary new sports streaming / data platform to rival the likes of Sky and BT Sport within a collaborative, technology driven environment.

As a QA Test Engineer you will focus on both manual and automated testing of apps across a range of mobile devices (iOS and Android) as well as connected devices such as XBox, PlayStation, Roku, Apple TV. You'll write and maintain automation scripts in JavaScript or Java using test tools such as Charles Proxy and Postman and perform manual testing of new features and releases of iOS and Android apps as part of a collaborative team where you'll get your voice heard and be able to drive QA best practices and introduce and learn new tools and technologies.

Driven by technology the company is currently offering a remote interview and onboarding process as well as work from home for the foreseeable future with a flexible mix of office based and WFH going forward.

Requirements:

Ability to write automated tests in JavaScript and / or Java

Experience with testing tools such as Charles Proxy and Postman

Familiar with Continuous Integration tools such as Bitrise

Good understanding of non-functional testing

Keen to stay up to date with the latest tools and technologies

Ability to use defect and issue tracking management with tools such as JIRA and Github Issues

Collaborative technology enthusiast
