Database Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Database Manager with strong knowledge of fundraising CRM's to join a well-known charity based in London / Chesterfield. This charity is looking for an experienced Database Manager who has proven experience of managing database projects, data quality and data migrations. You would have ideally done this on Thank Q or a similar fundraising CRM. As the Database Manager you will be the first point of contact for any CRM related queries.This is a brilliant role for someone looking to take the next step in their career, take that step up into management & want to learn a wide range of skills and help grow your own database team. You will help push ThankQ through this charity working with senior stakeholders, helping to develop strategical plans. This role will be fully remote until at least early 2021.

Skills required for the Database Manager (Fundraising CRM skills) are:

- Strong Fundraising CRM skills ideally Raisers Edge or Thank Q, Care CRM, Dynamics CRM or Salesforce

- Stakeholder management experience

- Ability to build strategies to help improve database systems

- Great communicator
