Development Lead - Team Management, C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core, SQL, T-SQL, Azure, JavaScript, jQuery, Dynamics CRM, CI / CD / DevOps, Agile / Scrum, SaaS - 50% HOME WORK AND AMAZING PACKAGE! My client based in Cheltenham are looking to take on a Development Lead who will manage a team of 4 developers and a tester. You will lead on the integration of mixture of legacy and COTS systems while helping the organisation move forward to newer more efficient and modern systems, consolidating their estate. You will be in charge of liaising with key stakeholders throughout the business and therefore be a confident communicator, able to translate from technical to non-technical as needed. You will manage the delivery of sprints, lead on the architecture and design of systems as well as being the technical lead.This is a new role to take workload from the Head of Development, but you will act as their number 2, stepping into their shoes where needed, will draw from your own experiences to help facilitate best practices (including Agile / Scrum / DevOps / CI / CD etc) and will likely be a 50/50 split between hands-on and hands-off.You will be rewarded with a salary of £55,000 - £65,000pa + Bonus and a £5,500 car allowance, flexible working (50% from home outside of lockdown) excellent more than matched pension, share options, 26 days' holiday plus bank holidays (increasing over time), private medical, dental scheme, childcare vouchers and a whole host of other amazing benefits.Please be aware that we can only accept applications from candidates with current full right to work in the UK.
