Dynamics 365 CE Project Manager - EUR70k - Dublin The Role

My client requires a experienced Dynamics CRM/ D365 CE Project Manager, with strong business transformation/ change experience, to join their expanding team on an exciting greenfield implementation and roll out project. You will be involved in managing all aspects the business critical transformation, which revolves around the company wide implementation of Dynamics 365 (CRM) Customer Engagement - including system strategy, process improvement/ integration projects, roll outs to new sites, and upgrade projects.

Suitable candidates will be able to offer:

A proven track record in Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM project management and deliveryDiverse business process understanding, ideally covering customer/ field service, marketing, sales and operationsExperience across the end to end project life cycle, with the confidence to lead work steams and manage teamsMethodical approach - comfortable operating to a range of parameters and familiar with AGILE principlesConfident communication skills - comfortable in a user/ stakeholder/ vendor management capacityThis role is a Dublin based position, with the successful candidate expected to travel to office where required, and with some flexibility to work from home.
