Job Title: 2nd Line IT Support AnalystLocation: London WC2RSalary: £32,000Job Type: Full Time, PermanentHours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri; 3 days 10:00-18:00, 2 days 10:00-19:00)Established in 1979 and incorporated in 1985, this company is one of the largest independent IT service & support companies in the UK. Their philosophy of 'service beyond the call' delivers a high level of support to all your company's communications and data management requirements.Role Overview:You will be fairly autonomous and fully responsible for supporting the users for one of the company clients London sites. Main Duties and Responsibilities:Conference Rooms; maintain the technology, assist users with connections, keep general cleanlinessOffice Setups; Assist with preparing for new users including technology and office setups.
