This role is with an Global Consulting company in UK for Banking project Role Purpose: The Design Expert will be a key role in the Central Design Office to achieve the following outcomes:Helps to design and deliver the business and IT architecture to meet strategic goals and customer needsShape the future high-level operating model to navigate towards Platforms and introduce Value Stream delivery modelDeliver a BizDevOps Playbool‹ to share Strategy, Org Structure, Process, Governance, People, Frameworks, Methods, Tools, Learning & Development  This will be achieved by working in tandem with Design Office Leads to support the adoption of blueprint and design patterns, and ensuring value stream desig n adoptions plans are validated to meet agreed goals of the transformation. The Design Expert will support and tracI‹ progress of the Agile TOM blueprint adoption and identify opportunities for continuous improvement at the group level as GBGF adoption learnings are shared. The Design Expert will be d key contributor the Design Community forum, building support with Design SM Es within the enterprise and obtaining agreement on components of the Agile TOM Blueprint. To achieve this, the Design Expert will:Build strong liaisons with Design Office Leads in all GBGFs, communicating the latest elements Agile TOM blueprint for enterprise adoption.Support the Design Office Engagement Lead in the fortnightly meeting with each GBGF Design Office Lead:Track progress the adoption of the Agile TOM blueprint and value streams and define interventions where adoption needs to improveFunnel any requests/agenda items for the Agile TOM Design CommitteeEnsure GBGF stakeholder map is up to date " especially for Design Leads and SM Es in the various GBGFsReview the GBGF Designs / Blueprint / Plans to ensure alignment with Agile TOM BlueprintLog and track Risl‹s & Issues raised by GBGF Design Office LeadsEnsure that the groups minimum standards are embedded in an effective way to maximize pace ofdelivery.Escalate to Central Transformation Office, where agreed benefits are at a high risI‹ of not being realisedAttend G BGF retrospectives or review Lessons Learnt to identify any group level opportunities for continuous improvement  Key Activities:Exhibit and encourage lean-agile mindsetHelp to design and deliver the business and IT architecture to meet strategic goals and customer needsDesign new operating models that integrate structure, people, process and systems, whilst applying design thinI‹ing techniques to help develop new and innovate design solutionsCollaborates closely with the Design Office consultants and other Design Experts to design Tech‘s OpModel to enable transformation, with roles that may span from developing business cases and initial design concepts through to detailed design and implementation of re-structuring, process improvement, people capability development, governance, service re-design, and leadership and cultural changeValidate the focus areas for re-design which may include; cost reduction, growth, out-sourcing, shared services, simplification, service innovation, digital business, operational effectiveness
