Team Coach (Agile-Devops-Business-Tech-Hybrid Coach)
Banking or Finance domain Experience is must in last 2 years.
This role is wiothin IR35 Requirements:10 years of industry experience5 + years of experience as an agile/tech coach for delivery teamsPractical working experience of Banking and financial servicesCertification of industry patterns like SAFE, DA, Scrum Master etc.Hands on experience with Agile & Devops practices, and configuration & optimum use of tools such as Jira/ Confluence/ TFS/Rally/GIT/Jenkins/Ansible etc.Strong awareness of CI/CD tools, pipelines & conceptsConstantly be exploring the art of the possible in helping teams adopt agile & Devops principles & practicesKnow Kanban, Scrum, Extreme Programming & Scaling Frameworks like Safe, LeSS, etc. inside outProvide hands on, practical guidance to teams on how to run agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, backlog grooming, planning, use of Kanban boards, retrospective, reviews, pi planning, etc.)Pair with team members to create/modify their Jira projects, Kanban boards, Confluence, etc.Focused on continuous improvement & able to demonstrate how data provided by collaboration tools can help teams improve continuously as wellAce trainer with the ability to create & deliver standard as well as context specific customised trainings to teams.Ability to hands on demonstrate agile concepts & use of artefacts such as user stories, impact maps, story maps, story prioritisation techniques, big visible charts, planning, estimation techniques, governance sessions, etc.For technical coaches, ability to create hands-on exercise lead trainings with language/tool specific coded examples of how to do unit testing, tdd, bdd in Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, use of tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, etc.Proven expertise in dissolving silos within teams and surfacing blockers for resolutionAble to help teams increase transparency as well as helping leaders increase psychological safety within the teamWe expect the person in this role to have done it and lived it before they teach it  PUBLIC
