Materials Coordinator - Chemical Manufacturing

£19,000 - £21,000 + Progression + Training + Excellent Company Benefits

West Bromwich, West MidlandsDo you have experience working in a manufacturing or laboratory environment, looking to work for an industry leading company that will offer you full training and routes of career progression? On offer in this excellent opportunity is the chance to bag yourself a career within the Quality department, reporting directly to the Quality Control Manager you will be responsible for a number of varied and technically interesting jobs.You will be working for a well-established and one of the UK's leading manufacturers of speciality organic chemicals.They have gone from strength to strength in recent years and with they're quality products being in high demand they are set to be the market leaders in their field. This position would suit someone with experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment that's looking for further training and career development.The Role

*Inspect deliveries of chemical raw materials on receipt and passes information to the quality control department in accordance with laid down procedures.

*Undertake, supervise and oversee sampling operations on site.

*Report any deficiencies from the sampling or inspection process to the Quality Control Manager and aid their investigation.The Person

*Experience of working in a chemical manufacturing facility within a warehouse or laboratory environment

*Happy to train and learn new processes
