Lead Salesforce Consultant

£50,000 - £56,000 + Generous Holiday + Remote Working + More

A brand new and exciting role has arisen for a Lead Salesforce Consultant to join a leading charity based in Central London. This leading charity are going through a sustained period of growth and are now looking for a Salesforce expert to help with the day to day running of the Salesforce system, lead, and grow a team. As the Salesforce Consultant, you will be the technical expert around all things Salesforce while also providing training to the wider business.

As the Lead Salesforce Consultant, you need previous experience managing and leading a team, extensive Salesforce knowledge and at least 5 years in a technology environment. You will be a certified Salesforce professional with excellent knowledge of Salesforce best practices with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.

Desirable skills for the Lead Salesforce Consultant: Extensive Salesforce Knowledge (3+ years)Have a good understanding of SaaS systems, models & development.Experience managing staff and leading teams (3+ years)Current Salesforce CertificationsExcellent communication skills and able to translate technical issues clearly.If you are a Salesforce Consultant with a high level of technical ability and Salesforce knowledge and seeking a role that is more strategic, keen to utilise your skills to scale a team to build a long term career then this role is for you.
