Pay rate is between £30 per hour / £42 per hour Candidates must hold or be willing and eligible to undergo SC Clearance Overall Department DirectionOur business is to provide engineering assurance, information management and business solutionsReporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for acting as the liaison between the business and selected customer groups to understand the operational and developmental needs of the Oracle portals. Main Purpose of RoleAs an Oracle Portal administrator you will be responsible for creating, customising and administering Oracle portals.The bullets below further summarises the requirements of the role;Work with Stakeholders and the business to understand their requirements and to translate them into Oracle Portal deliverables.Creating and Publishing a New PortalEditing, Administering, and Customizing a PortalCreating, Editing, and Managing Portal PagesCreating, Editing, and Managing Portal AssetsManaging Portal Security and MembershipAdding and Managing Portal ContentAdding and Managing Portal Tools and ServicesManaging Portal Templates and Shared Assets for All PortalsChanging the Look and Language in a Portal Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience and CompetencesExperience of working with Defence organisations.Minimum of 3 years' experience working with Oracle PortalsMinimum of 1 years' experience working with Oracle 12c portals QualificationsEducated to degree level desirable.Qualifications in IT or Oracle products desirable.Significant Oracle Portal experience.
