Lead Cloud Engineer - Azure / AWS / Security

Up to £70000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to join a reputable business within the financial services industry, taking ownership across their Cloud Security function.

This business is going through a large transformation programme towards automation, continuous integration and the cloud. This has involved a large expansion of the tech department and the build of a new DevOps platform within Azure.

The role itself will be blend of cloud, DevOps and Security. We are looking for an experienced cloud engineer to train where needed in the more devops / security focused responsibilities. This business is using Azure; however, are happy to hire from AWS backgrounds as well.

Reporting to the Head of Security you will be taking ownership and responsibility across all things cloud security. As this function grows the role will move into a Head of Cloud operations position.

Paying up to £75k + a 20% bonus and excellent pension, it is a great opportunity to make a real difference to a reputable business and in an exciting field!. You will be based in their offices just outside Warrington - fully remote for now, with a likelihood of 50/50 home / Office working in the future.
