We are in the process of expanding our security function by adding a Head of Security.

As the Head of Security, you will be taking on the development and continual improvement of security processes and controls within our award-winning web and investment management platform.

With a wide range of responsibilities, the Head of Security will be a key position which helps to drive the business forward in a secure and compliant manner, ensuring that Nutmeg will maintain its position as a leader in the FinTech sector. We are looking for either a Security Analyst who is looking to step up into a Head of role, or someone with previous Head of experience.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive information security and IT risk management program

Defend the business by building and implementing security processes and procedures in order to protect and respond to risk

Promote responsible behaviour by improving the culture internally to ensure all staff are protecting against possible security incidents

Work directly with business units to facilitate security risk assessment and risk management processes

Develop and enhance an information security management framework

Partner with business stakeholders across the company to raise awareness of security concerns

As the Head of Security, you will have:

Great understanding of ISO27001 and ability to implement the policy according to legislation

Security related certificate ideal (CISSP/CISM/CRISC)

Experience with Cloud computing, ideally AWS

Fantastic leadership skills

Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services

Able to communicate well at senior and board level to help others understand business risk

Security Auditing experience
