PMO Lead (PLM)

As the PMO Lead you will have extensive experience of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and lead all the PMO activity on a scaled agile programme delivering a PLM greenfield implementation.

Responsibilities include:

-Support the programme director to manage scope, time and budgets effectively

-Lead and promote the competency standards for PMO reporting

-Coordinate the programme reporting within complex stakeholder landscape

-Support the successful programme delivery using best practices including agile

-Tracking benefits realisation and organizational change

-Clearly communicate programme plans to stakeholders at all levels

-Coordinate with competency leads within programme and ensure compliance and successful delivery

-Maintain and update the RAID

-Support escalations and risks surfaced by team practicing Scrum Agile delivery models,

-Support the high level programme planning activity, organizing planning meetings and attendees

-Maintain stakeholder engagement map

This role will be based remotely with occasional travel to Bristol (circa 1 or 2 days per month) on a 6 month contract.
