Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer (Microsoft)
Homebased - with occasional travel to Doncaster and other locations.
Full Time - flexible

The Role

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong data analytical skills and expertise in using and developing Power BI, to join a leader in the charity sector. This is a position within the IT team working with group and operating level BI.  As a BI Analyst/Developer you will manage multiple BI projects across all areas of the organisation.  The role has great potential for a strong candidate to progress quickly.

Other responsibilities include:
.    Design and create solutions to meet the organisation's analytical needs. 
.    Contribute towards improving the organisation's data warehouse.
.    Utilise data from our data warehouse and other applications.  Combine external data such as "competitor data" and "industry trends" to help develop a picture of where the organisation stands in the industry
.    Play an active role in scheduling and running of complex centralised reports.
.    Build data models from scratch ranging in complexity
.    Provide a vertical bridge through the business to communicate information of high value to support decision making demands

About you:
It's an exciting time to join Sue Ryder and to hit the ground running you will have the skills to leverage the best use of Power BI within the group, along with the ability to develop more advanced solutions using DAX and/or R.  You will also have a keen eye for visualisation to develop reports and dashboards.
