Lead UX Designer, Product DevelopmentMy client has built a strong Product and UX team and now they're feeling ready to onboard a Lead UX Designer.As a Lead here you will be playing a major role in helping them continue to build their UX culture and methods as part of their product mindset in the business. Your role will be split between the product team, improving their global market place and being a leading, coaching the members of your team.This company was one the first within their business sector to move online and are now operating a growing suite of applications that are used on a daily basis across the globe. They take their role in their customer's businesses seriously ensuring that they can promote outstanding customer service and improving their products.
