Senior Scientist vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:4+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry with practice in GMP activities for development or marketed productsExpertise in analytical raw data documentationBroad knowledge in chemistry and pharmaceutical or analytical sciences with the ability to perform in a highly dynamic environmentFamiliarity with laboratory and technical tools including HPLC, LC-MS, quality management systems and statistical evaluation toolsSkillset of common software and tools along with capability of scientific and technical writingJr. PhD or masters' degree in analytical chemistry or equivalent fieldLanguages: English fluent in written and spoken, German is a plusYour tasks:Planning, understanding and reporting results of scientific experiments for timely supply of drug substances and productsPerforming raw data checks as well as supporting writing and reviewing of analytical documents such as validation and stability reports, analytical methods, specifications and batch records for stability and release testingAligning the corresponding activities within a global project team while also interacting with internal and external stakeholders including providing scientific and technical guidanceIdentifying challenges and proposing solutions in the scientific, technological and GMP fieldsCommunicating key issues to the analytical project lead or respective technical project teamFollowing applicable SOPs, GMP, Quality Directives, Health and Safety as well as internal guidelines
