Managing a team of driven individuals who are committed to ensuring the success of the charity and its partners, it's a great place to work with offices around the UK and an amazing central London base.As the Customer Success Manager will be supporting a bespoke Salesforce platform, gain a deep understanding of the current customers experience and identify ways to support the customers desired business outcomes. Internally you will proactively look at ways-of-working to lower response times and improve customer satisfaction. Long-term you have the autonomy and backing to scale the team from there it is and shape it how you see fit.Desirable skills for a Customer Success Manager: Extensive Salesforce Knowledge is essential.Previous experience with Service Cloud is essential.5+ years' experience managing a support desk in a technology environment.Personable character with previous experience managing a support team.Able to plan and prioritise work in a pressured environmentIf you are a Customer Success Manager who understands Salesforce, takes pride in their work and keen to utilise your skills to scale a team and build a long term career then this role is for you.
