CCNP level and associated work streams to be coveredYou will provide a senior level of technical support (3rd & 4th Line) and subject matter expertise within the Network Services Team. This post will require to be a "tenacious completer" that is also responsible for ensuring alignment and prioritisation to meet live system deadlines and project timescales.You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of Network Services to ensure you provide quality driven, high-level technical Implementation of the Cisco Firepower environment Your key responsibilities will include: Cisco, Routing & SwitchingNetwork Support / Design/ LLD, PlanningNetwork System ManagementSupport of MPLS, BGP, OSPFCisco Firepower and previous Checkpoint experience - EssentialThe support of project planning activitiesDefining the correct approach and activities for projects to reach their technical goalsDefine and assure the planning, scheduling and technical detailChange Requests and routine maintenance activities for the team.Define, assure and manage the planning for Root Cause Analysis activities.Be responsible for capacity planning and capacity management, proactively identifying required improvements and capacity constraints.
