Medical Affairs Team Assistant (80-100%)Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Zurich is currently searching for a Medical Affairs Team Assistant to provide organizational and administrative support to their Medical Affairs team. Key responsibilities: Perform secretarial duties for Medical Lead and Medical Advisors, which include all type of correspondence, contracts, reports, organization of meetings etc.Contact and oversight administrative issues for Medical Affairs Team.Support Medical Lead and Medical Advisors with medical projects, payments, compliance approval process, metrics tracking, expense & travel arrangements, documentation and archivingRegularly maintain and clean up files and archives.Develop a network with other coordinators and regularly exchange about best practices.Demonstrate leadership with other administration in department.Work with relevant administration of finance and employees within MedicalAffairs to ensure planning, tracking and fulfilment of budget related tasks.Administrative responsibility for payments within Medical Affairs.Administrative support to the HBU commercial organisation with a focus on event management. Qualifications and professional experience: Office Management and Project Management methodology knowledgeVery good skills in the use of systems (e.g. financial / travel & expenses) and toolsExcellent office organizational and filing skills, capability to organise meetingsEffective communication skills and proactive collaboratorExcellent IT user skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat, databases, SAP Accounting, Photoshop, Concur and project management application, ACM (MAPP tool) requiredFluent in German, English (spoken and written).
