This is an exciting opportunity to join in a brand new role as the company looks to expand and grow a new Service Desk/Help Desk function. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the Service Desk and ensure users/business teams receive the support they require in line with SLAs. This will be a hands on role and whilst managing the Service Desk team the chosen candidate will be hands on technically in terms of providing support. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company as they look to expand their Service Desk with this role playing a pivotal part in building and delivery of this going forward. Key Skills/Responsibilities - Managing Service Desk and Engineers ( At least 1 years experience in similar role) - Hands on ticket management - ITIL Framework experience/ Prince 2 Foundation (Desirable) - Windows OS Experience - AD/O365 - Team Leadership Skills - Strong practical knowledge of Incident, Problem, Request, Change and Release Management.
