One of the World's leaders in their data-centric field is currently looking for an experienced Principal Java Developer with significant experience in implementing change to help mould the way in which our client manages their support functions, frameworks and software development practices.The successful Principal Java Developer will also be responsible for maintaining the existing support requirements across multiple teams and a large estate of software applications and services, all the while assessing and identifying improvements that align to our clients' ever-evolving technology needs. This will ultimately improve our clients' capability and effective delivery of services to its clients all over the World.Keys skills required;Must be an experienced and talented Java Developer in your own rightMust be an ambassador for positive change and have proven experience in affecting change in large and complex software environmentsExperienced in working with various delivery teams/development teamsPrevious experience in supporting multifaceted digital products and servicesExperience of supporting live services hosted on-premises and in the cloudDesirable;Experience working in a DevOps environment would be highly beneficialAny exposure to Information Security would also be highly desirableIf you are a Senior/Lead/Principal Java Developer and you have the technical capabilities and knowledge of successfully lead teams with the opportunity to balance work and life, please send your CV for immediate consideration.
