Solar Asset ManagerDursley£40'000 - £60'000 + Progression + Bonus + Pension + HolidaysExcellent opportunity for an asset manager to join a leading solar development company in a varied role that will offer exciting opportunities for progression.Based in Dursley, this company specialise in the development of large-scale solar projects across the UK. They have seen great success in recent times and have exciting plans for future growth and development.In this role you will be responsible for sourcing new opportunities for large-scale solar projects. You will research and identify large areas of land for projects (approx. 200-300 acres), travel to sites to make initial contact, communicate with landowners to secure investment and project manage the development process until completion.The ideal candidate will be a asset manager with experience dealing with large-scale solar projects. Candidates with experience dealing with other large scale renewable projects are encouraged to apply.This is a great role for a asset manager to join an ambitious and goal-driven company in an autonomous role where you will play a key part in their future development and success.The role:

*Source new opportunities for development of large-scale solar projects.

*Travel to sites to communicate and negotiate with landowners to secure investment.

*Deliver legal agreements, manage, and drive process with solicitors and landowners.

*Manage the solar development project until completion.The Person:

*Previous experience with the development of large-scale renewable energy projects.

*Previous experience liaising with external stakeholders and landowners.

*Able to travel across UK to sites and events.

*Full clean UK Driving License
