Software Developer / Engineer (C++Linux AWS). Award-winning, global organisation is seeking a capable Software Developer. You could sharpen your development skills working on some of the most innovative products in cyber security.

The organisation develops threat-defence solutions using unique AI technology and are looking for a Software Developer to join the highly successful R&D teams that are behind their award-winning core products. Day to day you'll work with core software models written in C++ (they use C++11, 14, 17) where you'll be granted the freedom to influence projects, empowered to take ownership and work on brand new ideas to enhance the core platform.

You'll contribute to the structured development of existing platforms in an AWS / Cloud environment and will have the chance to enrich your skills through opportunities to work on a range of new technologies. In this C++ Developer role your career development will be valued, as you'll have chances for progression both laterally and across projects.

Requirements:

You have a degree from a top tier university (BSc / MSc / PhD 2.1 or above) in a STEM discipline

You have commercial software development experience in C++ 11 or higher

You have experience working in a Linux Development environment

You're familiar with AWS / Cloud computing environments

You're tech-driven, committed to producing excellent code and able to effectively prioritise a varied workload

Desirable: you have experience with Python / SQL / NoSQL, you have experience with networking and TCP/IP
