DFT Engineer - 6 month contract - £50 per hour I am looking for a DFT Engineer with hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: RTL design, simulations and debugging, synthesis, STA and DFT. ResponsibilitiesWorking with silicon team to define DFT specifications and chip test interfaceDeveloping and implementing DFT architectureImplementing DFT infrastructureWorking with silicon team to verify DFT features and implement design changesGenerating structural test vectors, analyzing and improving coverageWorking with 3rd party IPs to integrate the provided design into the DFT infrastructureWorking with test engineers to bring up test vectors on SiliconRequirements
Knowledge about industrial standards and practices in DFT, including ATPG, JTAG, MBIST and trade-offs between test quality and test timeExperience on developing DFT specifications and driving DFT architecture and methods for designsSolid understanding of design verification methodologies for validating DFT implementation in simulation pre-siliconExperience in debugging ATPG patterns, Compressed ATPG patterns, MBIST and JTAG related issuesExperience with STA constraints development and analysis for DFT modes and SDF simulationsExperience in silicon bring-up, debug, and validation of DFT features A very good knowledge of Digital Integrated Circuits and SystemsFamiliarity with programming languages such as C/C++ and Tcl/Python scriptingIf you would be interested in this position, please contact Mitchell Carpenter at IC Resources.
