An excellent opportunity for an Operations or Technical Manager from a Concrete or Construction background looking for a new challenge at a leading company, where you will play a key role in their expansion.Do you have operational management experience in the Concrete & Construction industries? Are you looking for a new challenge at a leading company?Established for over 40 years, this leading company specialise in the provision of Concrete and other construction materials to a variety of multimillion pound civil engineering projects. They have developed an unrivalled reputation within their industry, leading them to develop a loyal client base of blue chip companies. Due to continuous growth and an increasing number of projects they are now looking for an Operations Manager to join their expert team.In this role you will be tasked with heading up the day-to-day operations for a number of manufacturing and testing facilities around South West Wales. This will require the management of production teams, overseeing audits and training new and current staff members.
