Reed Professional Services (RPS) has engaged with one of the key Central Government departments to work on a large and complex internal data management project. In order to further compliment the team delivering these programmes, RPS have several exciting opportunities for Business Analysts to join our team of experts. Role Profile? You will be joining RPS's onsite delivery team as a Business Analyst, to help support a significant number of major projects and programmes in crucial process mapping within the business area - centred around the planning and withdrawal of Britain from the EU. As part of the wider team, you will work alongside another RPS Business Analyst and a Project Manager in conjunction with various stakeholder teams (e.g. testing teams, policy teams, SMEs, industry, Communications teams, other government departments) to understand and properly describe the programmes operability and readiness issues and subsequently detail the impact of these to the wider business.What will you be doing? You will be working as part of a team that liaises with client policy teams to produce "to-be" process maps to a defined standard. You will be collaborating with various stakeholder teams to define and scope operational impact to the wider business. A big part of this project would involve the management of process flows as well as Data Management relating to issues and producing reports and statistics. Below are some of the key skills that we are looking for;? Demonstrable experience of reviewing all business functions and determining a structure and maturityof processes.? Demonstrable experience of developing engagement plans.? Experience of managing SME interviews and workshops.? Experience of creating, managing and delivering complex end to end process maps.? Experience of working in an Agile environment.? Significant stakeholder management experience to a senior level.? Demonstrable experience of governance and senior decision making.? Demonstrable experience of providing support, guidance and coaching for project teams.? Broad understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools.? Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal.? Experience using Power BI, Dynamics and Azure Databases. Although remote initially, all applicants must be willing and able to travel to onsite client locations once government restrictions surrounding COVID19 travel are eased.
