Network Developer - Helsinki (English speaking)We are working with a Product Company who have team of 30 IoT / Block-chain enthusiasts that need an experienced Network Specialist to join their team. They have grown from 4-30 people in 3 years and currently have teams in Finland, Singapore and Switzerland with no signs of slowing down.They're working on a decentralized platform for real'time data which is is being built by contributors from around the world, who are developing the infrastructure that will power the world's data economy and give people back control of their data. They have already published the first version of their P2P network however some of the trickiest and most interesting parts lay ahead. The technical requirements are as follows:Thorough knowledge of the TCP/IP stackTechnical first-hand experience in building distributed software or protocolsStrong analytical background, preferably MSc in Computer ScienceAdvanced programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Go, Java, C, or something similar.Within the role you will:Participate in the planning and implementation of the companies Network.Dig deep into technical topics of networking, such as protocols, connection management, routing, peer discovery, encryption, and security.Participate in the design and implementation of APIs and libraries for the company's Network.Work together with the overall team to make the Network operate seamlessly with other components of the system and companion blockchainsWhat they offer:Financially stable - 30mEUR in funding in 2017.Growing team - Currently at over 30 IoT / Block-chain enthusiastsBrand new and unique project work in Blockchain/IoTThey're not tied to one industry, their experience covers industries such as mobility, telecommunications, energy, manufacturing, finance, agriculture, fisheries, energy, healthcare and pharmaceuticalsSome of their current partners include huge NGO's and multinationals such as WWF and UnionBank.International team - core founders are Finnish but they all work and speak in English.For more information send your CV to: [email protected]
