Are you looking to join a bespoke, specialised organisation where you'll communicate across all levels of the business and play a key role in business improvement?

The company work within Aerospace, Automotive, Military and similar industries. They work on a range of exciting government contracts and have identified a niche but consistently growing marketplace. Due to their work with these organisations they have continued to trade through this uncertain time.

The role would suit someone with a background in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering or similar. Experience with ISO 9000 is required. The company also require experience with EASA or CAA governing bodies to ensure the products being manufactured meet those standards.

All in all, a unique opportunity to join a unique organisation where you'll be working on a variety of interesting projects, implementing quality processes and spearheading business improvements across the site.

THE ROLE:

*Quality Manager.

*Autonomous in overseeing quality processes.

*Based in Dursley.

THE PERSON:

*Demonstrated a track record in successful change.

*Aerospace, Aviation or similar engineering background.

*Design, maintenance or production exposure.

*Experience with EASA or CAA standards.
