Crewe, Cheshire. Commutable from: Nantwich, Sandbach, Winsford, Newcastle-Under-Lyme, Stoke-On-Trent, Congleton, Leek, Winsford. Are you a Hire Desk / Service Co-ordinator / Administrator from an Engineering background looking to work for a world renowned organisation where you will be offered ongoing training and clear opportunities to progress? In this varied role you will oversee service engineer schedules, liaise with a number of different clients, provide quotations and ensure contracts are completed to the desired standard. This role would suit a Hire Desk / Service Co-ordinator / Administrator looking for a secure long term role. The Role:

· Scheduling and managing field service engineers workloads.

· Dealing with customer queries and processing orders.

· Days based role Monday - Friday (no weekends). The Person:

· Previous experience in a Hire Desk / Service Co-ordinator / Administrator role

· Engineering background preferred.

· Looking for training and progression opportunities.
