Our client is looking for a .Net Analyst Programmer to join a migration project - VB6 code/legacy app to a .NET platform. This is a Fixed term contract for 12 months paying between £45,000 - £60,000. Ideally you will have the following skills and experience:

'€¢Demonstrated/previous experience of migrating VB6 code/legacy app to .NET platform'€¢VB6'€¢.NET Framework (with excellent grip of C# and VB.NET)'€¢ASP.NET (MVC and Web API)'€¢WCF, RESTful APIs, HTTP Services, JSON and Ajax'€¢HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap and Razor'€¢Javascript, Jquery (and any related frameworks/libraries)'€¢Rich Web-based UI/UX development'€¢Azure DevOps/Git'€¢RDBMS such as Oracle or MS SQL Server'€¢Proven experience of working on medium-sized n-tier business application using Microsoft technology stack'€¢Good written skills and experience in preparation of written reports/documentation'€¢Working experience of development on hand-held devices for business applications (mobile application development preferably on Andriod platform)'€¢Ideally working experience with ERP system application development, writing apps that integrate with ERP.
