DevOps Engineer£34,700
This is a full-time position for 37 hours per week Monday to Friday

The role We'll rely on your technical expertise to help deploy and maintain systems that help protect national security. It's all about improving our services and our users' experience, so that'll be your main priority. As part of this, you'll build, test and implement significant system enhancements, and you'll proactively identify where we can improve system performance. You'll also represent HMGCC at external meetings, and you'll champion your particular area of responsibility. It means you'll oversee and own projects from beginning to end and shape their direction. We're after a creative person with experience of configuring and supporting Linux-based web infrastructure. You'll also need to be confident using scripting/automation technologies and you'll need knowledge of containerisation software. Ideally, you'll have worked with collaborative development toolsets before. You'll generate innovative solutions and communicate with a wide range of people.
