We are seeking a strong software Product Manager/Owner to work in our dynamic team environment in order to deliver the best software solutions to our innovative and industry-leading products.Duties and responsibilities:Work with internal tech teams on delivery of our B2B digital channel, focusing on the B2B websiteWork with the B2B team stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations and Product Development. Capture requirements and craft user stories to deliver appropriate features to drive the business strategyProviding vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work onWork the Technical Analysts to plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the productDefine product vision, road-map and growth opportunities Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user storiesWork closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product roadmap and backlog according to business value or ROIWork with Tech Delivery team in planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalitiesProvide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint GoalsResearch and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the productFollow our competitors and the industry Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trendsMeasure and monitor the success of the B2B website with appropriate KPIs across Sales and Support customer journeys using analytics. Key Essential Skills:Previous working experience as a Product OwnerIdeally experienced in B2B Telecoms digital channels, or similar industry sectorsA data driven approach with the customer's perspective front and centreComfortable applying a design thinking methodology to evolve product solutionsIn-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills with a pragmatic delivery focusCollaborative and unfazed by a rapidly changing work environmentSharp analytical and problem-solving skillsExperienced with Google and Adobe Analytics to inform prioritisation and decision makingEnthusiastic and creative thinker with a visionAttention to detailsA Master's in computer science, Engineering or similar relevant field preferredSuitable candidates should submit their CV in the first instance.
