Premium Job From innocent drinks
Recruiter: innocent drinks
Listed on: 11th September
Location: London
Salary Notes: Competitive
Type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP

innocent started with a simple mission: to make drinks that make it easy to do yourself some good. In 1999 we concocted a few smoothies in our kitchen and tested them on people at a music festival; today we're blending every type of fruit & veg under the sun and selling drinks right across Europe. We have great ambitions: to show the world that you can build a successful business that cares about more than just profit, and to leave things better than we find them. We're proud to call ourselves Europe's favourite little healthy drinks company, but we're still growing. And that means we need more brilliant people who share our ambition, to join in with the next, most exciting, part of our story.

What you'll be doing:

New drinks, new countries, new drinkers and a shiny new factory. Here at innocent we're going through an exciting period of growth with drinkers in more places and countries than ever before. We're also in the process of building our first ever factory, ‘the blender' over in Rotterdam.

The blender programme is all about transforming the supply chain, processes and technology that sit at the heart of our business, this is linked closely to our big ERP implementation. This large-scale transformation is key to innocent's future success as we continue our quest to create the earth's favourite little healthy drinks factory.

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst, for a 11-month fixed term contract, to play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of the end to end IT infrastructure and systems for our new factory. As an IT business analyst, you will need to identify, discuss and escalate risks and issues, so we can keep everything running smoothie-ly. Your analysis will help support the overall recommendation for the design phase sign off.

You will work across a variety of work-streams through the full project life-cycle - in process and procedures design, data validation and supporting the change management framework. As a testing lead, you'll create test scripts and manage the testing process, including issue triage and resolution. You'll run and facilitate requirement gathering workshops, map processes and capture business impacts. There will also be some creation and maintenance of new process documentation with internal users and external suppliers.

You won't be doing this all on your own, you'll be working with our technical leads, 3rd party vendors and our project manager to help deliver these quality projects on time.

You'll have:

We're looking for someone who can use their initiative and problem-solving skills on the daily. As an IT Business Analyst, you are linking our end users, project managers and you're a bridge to other workstreams, so communication is key.

We would also like to see;

· knowledge of a full project life-cycle delivery, bringing the best practice thinking to design decisions

· the ability to facilitate requirement and design workshops with stakeholders to capture key elements

· testing know how -to carry out end to end testing cycles - creating test plans, test cases and test scripts

· understanding of process simplification and standardisation as well as global process roll-out

· attention to detail when it comes to documenting processes, policies and procedures

It will tip the scales in your favour if you have knowledge of Microsoft cloud platforms, enterprise communication services or experience with Azure Dev Ops, but this is not essential to get the job done.

You'll get:

The opportunity to work on a project, which is a fundamental step in our story. Over the 11 months, you would be involved with something massive and help shape the future of innocent.

In return for everything you can bring, we can offer you an exciting, challenging role in a fast-growing and dynamic business. As well as the standard stuff you get for turning up for work, we have some great clubs, a free breakfast and as many smoothies as you can shake a stick at.

If you think you have everything we're looking for and more, then we'd love to hear from you. You'll need to get your skates on though, as applications close on Friday 25th September.

Dolly Parton may have worked Nine to Five but you don't have to. We're open to a chat about flexible working. No promises, but we reckon that if it's good for you, then it's good for us.

We're all about building a workplace for the future here at innocent, we believe in equal opportunities and we celebrate diversity. We're an inclusive workplace, where everyone is welcome, everyone can be natural, and be the best versions of themselves.

You'll help us to keep doing business the right way - keeping innocent an inclusive and inspiring place to work, using our B Corp status to inspire wider change, and reinforcing our culture of staying little as we grow big.
