Digital Business Analyst - Agile - Customer Journey - D365

Excellent role for a proactive, one step ahead Digital BA that can help help an organisation delivery numerous new products as part of their Customer / Patient Journey Roadmap.

Any background in retail, pharma, medical or healthcare sector will be beneficial, in the very least a strong appreciation of the customer or patient journey.

To be suitable you will;

Have proven digital transformation, customer journey experience

Be experienced working in Agile

Be to bring together a wide variety of business users to elicit requirements at all levels of the business and IT.

Excellent documentation, able to utilise Azure Devops (VSTS, TFS),
