Technical Consultant London to £55k

Technical Consultant (Linux Java Golang Python Networking VPN). Do you like to work with a range of technologies, liaise directly with clients and make an impact? You could be joining a rapidly expanding and innovative scale-up that have created a unique digital streaming product used by a number of well-known company's including Eurostar to connect passengers with digital entertainment whilst on the move.

As a Technical Consultant you will provide pre-sales and technical support to the sales team, acting as a subject matter expert across all aspects of products and services. Responsibilities will include integration and deployment at client sites (mainly London based) and client liaison, feeding back requirements to the product team and helping to make improvements to the product portfolio.

You'll join a collaborative Agile team, currently working remotely but with plans to gradually get back to the office in North London, with flexibility going forward. There's an annual training budget to use as you see fit on training courses, conferences and certifications and a social environment with regular socials.

Requirements:

Broad range of technical know-how including a good knowledge of Linux OS and Linux Systems Administration skills

Ability to code with at least one of the following development languages: Java, Golang, C++

Good understanding of Networking, VPN, NAT, Firewalls, network protocols

Experience with deployment frameworks such as Puppet, Ansible or Chef

Experience with web technologies such as JavaScript

Excellent communication skills including client facing experience

Desirable: Wi-Fi technologies
