The ITS Operations Service Manager will be part of a Senior Management team focusing on delivering a range of services and solutions to our customers. They adhere to the principles of Service Management allowing better understanding of business needs whilst at the same time managing realistic customer expectations. We also hope to generate a waiting list for future opportunities. Salary: Band 8B (£53,168 - £62,001) Location: City Centre, Belfast Full-time staff are eligible for 27 days leave on entry, plus 10 statutory and public holidays.
