Our Client require an Interim Manager to lead the ongoing work of the Digital Analytics Team and the IT Services Team in harmony with the Deputy CIO during the absence of the incumbent personnel.The Role: Report preparation for monthly meetingsManagement assurance of all planned IT and Digital Analytics changesLeadership of ongoing BI Portal launchDelivery of Service Desk KPIsDelivery of Digital Analytics KPIsYou will work with the COO, Deputy CIO and senior members of the Digital Analytics And IT Services teams.Key Skills/Experience Able to deliver the Digital Analytics objectives in an efficient, effective and safe manner in pursuit of excellence in Health & Social care.Able to support the delivery of the Digital Services objectives.Experience of representing a department within a Senior Leadership team.Able to manage the provision of accurate and timely information and performance advice to Directorates and Departments and to produce reports for the Board.Able to produce the monthly reports for the Digital Board on the Digital Analytics Team performance and Digital Services performance.Take responsibility for the co-ordination, compilation and timely submission of external data required for measuring and reporting on performance across a range of clinical and non-clinical areasAble to represent Digital Analytics interests as required within the wider Cheshire & Merseyside Health & Social Care forums, whilst maintaining contact with regional and national opportunities.Ensure the existence and implementation of measures of effectively benchmarking activity and performance against other health care providers to raise standards to be best in class.
