Technical Product Manager London to £80k
Technical Product Manager *Remote Interview WFH*. Are you a tech savvy Product Manager with a good understanding of financial trading systems? As a Technical Product Manager you will work closely with technical teams, Business Analysts and senior stakeholders, taking ownership of the development and planning of market making / pricing solutions with two key objectives: to reduce latency and increase P&L.
As a Technical Product Manager you'll utilise your knowledge of trader behaviours and activities, partnering with stakeholders to define the roadmap and contribute to development priority decisions. Responsibilities will encompass gathering requirements, writing user stories, attending backlog planning, Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, Sprint Demos and Sprint Retrospectives. You'll analyse product feedback and identify trends and issues to find suitable solutions; continually monitoring key metrics for live products and projects to assess the success and suggest optimisations, promoting a culture of innovation.
You'll join a small, close knit team facing significant technical challenges in delivering a robust and resilient system whilst also supporting a diverse range of business needs.

Requirements:
You're an experienced Product Manager with practice of liaising with senior stakeholders, driving the product vision / roadmap and conceptualising internal services / systems as a product
You have a thorough understanding of trading and trading concepts and experience of working on complex Derivatives
You have the ability to drive complex technology driven product changes across multiple technical teams and business areas
You have experience of working in an Agile development environment
You have strong analysis and problem solving skills and can clearly communicate and suggests solutions for ambiguous and complex problems, based on research and experience
You have advanced communication and documentation skills including effective and influential stakeholder management
