Insurance Administrator - Remote - £117 per day - 9 monthsInsurance Administrator - Remote - £117 per day - 9 monthsThe pay rate on offer is £117 per day and the duration of the contract is 9 months.The role is working for a large multinational finance and insurance corporation.Key accountabilities and measuresLiaison with Brokers, Internal and External Clients across UK and International Territories to ensure quality of service deliveryObtain all necessary technical programme servicing information through the client's systems and liaising with all Account stakeholdersCollate and provide necessary territorial information as required in relation to global regulation requirementsSupport the Client, Senior and Account Executives to ensure policies are issued in line with Service Level AgreementsCheck, agree, validate and communicate global premium allocations and use them in conjunction with reinsurance structures to establish and complete account profilesLiaise on technical service issues with appropriate departments to expedite resolutionRegular liaison with Team Manager/MCoE Management to manage pipeline of account activity on a monthly basisIssue clear instructions for all premium bookings and reconcile Reinsurance arrangements with all front end and back end systemsOrganise issuance of all necessary insurance programme certification, NOC's, Structure Builds, and Network InstructionsCoordinate captive premium movement or policy trackingCommunicate to relevant parties (internal & external) and meet service requirements on all allocated accounts as specified in SLAsResolution of accounts queries/OMeGA Rejects and other post bind programme discrepanciesTrack bookings by completing the Bookings DatabaseEnsure that performance objectives are set and assessed against the relevant FSA TCF outcomesKey skillsStrong communication/interpersonal skillsKnowledge of non-conventional and multinational Insurance programmesGood time management skills - ability to handle multiple priorities, organise work and meet deadlinesAbility to work on own initiative / OrganisedComputer literacy required: IT packages; MS Outlook, Excel and Word.Strong administration skillsCII Qualification desirable or progression towards
